2nd Grade Math Full Year (Teacher-Supported)

Students will expand their understanding of number sense and place value, working with numbers through 1000. Students will solve addition and subtraction problems using various mental math strategies while drawing upon concrete, pictorial, and symbolic representations. They will develop fluency in adding and subtracting numbers up to four digits with renaming. Multiplication and division are introduced as repeated addition and equal sharing respectively. <br><br>This rigorous 2nd Grade curriculum is designed to be both comprehensive and flexible. Each subject is delivered through instructional videos and self-paced, asynchronous assignments, allowing students to progress at a pace that suits their individual learning style. Parents or guardians will assist scholars in completing assignments sequentially, ensuring mastery of each concept before moving forward. The course offers flexibility for families while maintaining high educational standards, promoting both independent learning and guided support where needed. This class provides students with high-quality instruction, including all required digital learning materials, class activities, platform access, and instructional services for the duration of the course. The total cost is $480 per semester covering all items listed with no additional fees. The course is delivered asynchronously and is designed for 2nd Grade.
